All About Kindred
Hi!
My name is Kellie- I’m a mom, a yogi, and a former middle school teacher with 16 years of teaching experience. When people ask me why I love yoga so much I tell them it’s yoga’s transformative power and ability to bring us closer to ourselves. I practice mindfulness and yoga every day, and doing so brings me better health, clarity, joy, and peace.
Yoga supports my physical and mental health, and I know it can do the same for you! Watching my students develop their physical strength and cultivate their inner peace brings me great joy. My classes offer people of all ages and ability levels a blend of breathwork alongside alignment-based asanas that lead to restorative poses, culminating in meditation. After taking my class, you can expect to feel an endorphin boost paired with a deeper sense of connection.
I cannot imagine my life without yoga and the blessings it gives me. My practice has seen me through the joys and challenges of life, and it’s difficult to picture my world without it. I am in awe of yoga’s ability to create such a beautiful union between mind, body, and spirit. I’m excited to share my practice with you, and I’m honored that you share your practice with me. Together we can establish a practice that can last a lifetime!
