I've never done yoga before. Will I be able to keep up?
Absolutely! Many of our students are complete beginners. Every class offers modifications, and you're encouraged to honor your body and not push to get into any poses before you are ready. Plus, our Gentle Yoga, Chair Yoga, and Level 1 classes are specifically designed with beginners in mind.
Do I need to be flexible to do yoga?
Not at all! Flexibility is something you develop through yoga—it's not a prerequisite. We use props like blocks, straps, and blankets to make every pose accessible regardless of your current flexibility level.
How many students are in each class?
Classes are intentionally small, with a maximum of 8 students (less for specialty classes). This ensures personalized attention and a comfortable, non-intimidating environment.
What to Expect
What should I bring to class?
Just bring yourself and wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely! We provide:
Yoga mats
Blocks, straps, and bolsters
Blankets and eye pillows
Chairs (for chair-based classes)
All equipment for sound baths and energy healing
If you prefer to use your own mat, you're welcome to bring it. We also recommend bringing water to stay hydrated. Our space is intimate and cosy, so extra bags and things should be limited.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for easy movement. Avoid anything too loose that might shift around. Yoga is practiced barefoot, so no special footwear needed! For chair classes, regular comfortable clothes work great.
Should I eat before class?
It's best to practice on a light stomach. Try to avoid heavy meals 2-3 hours before class. A light snack 30-60 minutes before is fine if you need energy.
I have an injury/health condition. Can I still practice?
In most cases, yes! Please inform me of any injuries, health conditions, or physical limitations before class so I can offer appropriate modifications. You'll also complete a health intake form when you register. If you have concerns, private sessions allow us to work one-on-one around your specific needs. Contact Kellie to schedule a quick phone call.
Registration & Pricing
How do I register for a class?
You can register through our website in the Booking tab. For your first class, you'll complete a brief health intake form and waiver.
Do you allow walk-ins for classes?
No. All classes and sessions must be booked before attending. Our classes are semi-private, so space is limited. Walk-ins cannot be accommodated,

10-Class Package (group yoga classes)
5-Class Package (group yoga classes)
5-Session Private Yoga Package
5-Session Private Sound Bath Package
4-Session Sound Bath Package
Monthly unlimited options
Packages offer savings compared to drop-in rates and give you flexibility to attend at your own pace.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24-hour notice for cancellations to retain your class credit. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows will forfeit that class. We understand life happens—just let us know as soon as possible!
Sound Baths & Energy Healing
What happens during a sound bath?
You'll lie down on a yoga mat with supportive props (bolsters, blankets, pillows) and simply relax while I play therapeutic instruments like singing bowls, chimes, and gongs. The vibrations wash over you, creating a deeply meditative and restorative experience. No participation required—just rest and receive!
What is energy healing?
Energy healing uses Reiki and intuitive modalities to clear energetic blockages and restore balance to your system. You'll lie comfortably on a massage table while I work with light touch or hands hovering above your body. Many people experience deep relaxation, emotional release, or physical relief.
I'm neurodivergent. Will these sessions work for me?
Absolutely! Both sound baths and energy healing can be especially beneficial for neurodivergent individuals. The non-verbal, sensory-based nature of these practices supports nervous system regulation without social demands. Private sessions allow complete customization to your sensory needs and comfort level. Contact Kellie to get more information about how energy healing sessions can benefit your neurodivergent loved one
(kids and teens too!)
Studio Policies
What are your COVID-19 policies?
We follow current CDC guidelines. Students are asked to stay home if feeling unwell. Hand sanitizer is available, and the studio is cleaned between sessions.
Can I bring a friend to class?
Absolutely! We love when students bring friends. Your friend will need to register and complete the waiver, but they're more than welcome.
Do you offer private events or group bookings?
Yes! I'm happy to host private group classes, sound baths for special occasions, or workplace wellness sessions. Contact me to discuss your vision and we'll create something special.
